COVID-19 Guidelines for the GGX*OKC 2020

As we enter this new world of Covid-19 rules and guidelines we are happy to share with you what we know so far from OKC State Fair Park. As a reminder, this facility is owned by the City of OKC, and thus these rules and guidelines are set by the both the city and the OKC Health Department. We have to stress that these rules are through June 15th. Based on current trends in Oklahoma, we anticipate they will be less strict, but as of today, we are planning the show based around the following:

1. All aisles will be one-way and marked with arrows on the floor. This is really a benefit for exhibitors because attendees will walk through the entire exhibit hall.
2. All booths have to have a 10ft space around them.  We tried our best to keep everyone close to the booth they chose. The benefit for you….space around your booth for extra signage. You will still have the size of booth you purchased. You cannot use the space in between booths except for extra banners or signage.
3. Based on booth size and social distancing rules, it’s suggested that you have no more than 2 teammates working a 10×10 space at a time.
4. As of right now, staff, volunteers and exhibitors will need to wear masks when interacting with the public. The OKC State Fair anticipates that this rule will be dropped come June 15th. Currently Oklahoma does not have a mandatory mask wearing rule so we cannot require attendees to wear masks. We do however encourage you to take whatever precautions you feel are necessary for yourself and your team.
5. We do suggest maintaining 6ft between you and attendees, however we cannot fully enforce this rule. Please do your best for everyone’s safety.

Outside of the above mentioned guidelines that directly affect you the exhibitor, there will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the building, additional cleaning crews for the bathrooms and common areas, doors open for ventilation when and where we can, and as much fun as we can inject into the event to have people visiting your booth and networking.

If you haven’t yet, please fill out the exhibitor information form. This ensures we have all the correct information for GreenGrow to talk with exhibitors as well as customers to communicate with the right person. Please do this ASAP!!

We need your logo!! Please send lyndi@greengrowexpo.com your company’s high resolution logo, preferably a PNG with NO Background. The sooner we get your logo, the sooner we can get your brand represented online and social!!

The closet hotel to OK State Fair Park, and suites available for maxium space and comfort, Sonesta Suites is a great place to relax after setting up on Friday and the show on Saturday. Book your room as soon as possible.

Electric and WiFi are provided at the show free of charge. Electric has large power grids in each booth zone, and electric outlets along the wall. We highly recommend bringing EXTENSION CORDS because we do not provide them. A WiFi password will be given to you at exhibitor check-in.

Big Reminder: You cannot sell or sample any product that contains THC. Only a licensed dispensary (at their location) can do so.

However, if you want to sample or sell any product that is consumed by a human or animal, with or without CBD in it, you can do so. But, you have to have a Temporary Food Establishment License provided by the OKC County Health Department. They will visit your booth Saturday morning before the expo begins. Cost is $30 for the weekend that you will pay directly to them.

You cannot sample or sell any product that is consumable without this permit. They will stop you from doing so. Please email lyndi@greengrowexpo.com if you plan on needing this license. 

If you are selling anything at the EXPO, including non consumable items (shirts, rolling trays, glass, etc.) you need to charge OKC sales tax which is 8.63%.

The funny OKC Rule:

That sales tax that you charged, now must be paid to Green Grow EXPO after the show. We will give you a form to fill out, which will require your Tax ID #, and pay the sales tax on your behalf. We don’t make the rules, we just abide by them. Again, please email lyndi@greengrowexpo.com to let us know if you will be selling anything at the GGX*OKC!

We are always happy to work with our partners at Factor 110, true professionals in the event space. If you need to use shipping services for the EXPO or would like any extras for your booth (carpet, chairs, couches, lighting, etc) they have it all. Unlike our shows in the past we need you to register your team who will be working the booth. As a reminder the # of exhibitor passes are listed below. Exhibitors have access to the Friday Night Cannaversary Party, all classes and education rooms, after party, patient tent, and more. The only thing exhibitors do not have access to are certifications. Please register below and if you need additional badges they can be purchased here.
