Gustin Tubbs is an Operation Consultant with MJ Freeway. His responsibilities include consulting with retail, cultivation and processing, developing standard operating procedures, application development, workflow improvement, and project management. Starting in the industry in 2011, Gustin has worked in cultivation, as an assistant manager, general manager and built a dispensary from the ground up! He has assisted in creating a sophisticated back end Enterprise Resource Planning software system allowing for constant improvement to processes. He has helped develop a new consulting division through autoship and operational implementation of the Master Services Agreement for the Retail Consulting Program to develop sophisticated workflow for clients of MJ Freeway.
