Jerry has spent over 20 years serving the elderly in Oklahoma’s senior healthcare industry.
Jerry started as a “candy striper” before entering into hemodialysis as a dialysis technician.
Later he moved on to long-term care where Jerry held the position of an Activities Assistant,
before shortly becoming an Activities Director and Social Services Director. Jerry has spent the
last 15 years in the home health, palliative care and hospice industry as a Business
Development Director. Jerry’s responsibilities in the senior community included creating policies
and procedures,developing relationships with physicians, case managers, senior living
communities, healthcare representatives and other geriatric healthcare professionals, to
increase patient based census.
Jerry was active in the 2014 emergence of cannabinoids and managed multiple international
cannabis stock market social media pages. As a result of Jerry’s relationship with one of the
Canadian cannabis producers, Jerry was asked to participate in WeedStock 2014.
In 2018, Jerry became a certified Cannacian 1 and in 2019 he opened “SilverLeaf Senior
Cannabis”, a senior and veteran focused dispensary in Oklahoma. He continues to position
SilverLeaf as a source of cannabinoid education for seniors, veteran’s, home-bound patients,
institutionalized seniors and long term care residents.
